Proposed Additions & Alterations to Basement 1 and 1st Storey Including New Transformer Room and LT Switchroom at 1st Storey of Existing Bedok Mall on Lots 10724L and 70000W MK27 at Bedok North Drive/ New Upper Changi Road (Bedok Planning Area)

Design and build a suspend steel platform for the new transformer room and LT switch room which involves the installation of new transformers and LT Switchboards complete with all necessary high tension cables, switchgear panel, BMS system, bus ducts installation, new sub-boards, and distribution boards, New PAEVC system, ACMV works. Works include QP service for plan submission to SCDF.
